V Bank Filter

V-bank air filter can be used as final air filter in cleaning filtration system. It is applicable to air separation, purification of dust, In order to ensure cleanliness requirements system, extending use life.

Cartridge Filter

These products are made up of spun bonded polyester, which works on the “surface filtration technology”. As the media is assembled in a pleated fashion, it provides 3 to 4 times higher filtration area compared to conventional bags.

Pleated Bags – Polyurethane Top and Bottom

These bags have a flexible PU top and bottom and the bags are inserted in the system as a “top loader”. A metal plug is provided with each bag that is to be inserted inside the PU top. The PU expands because of the metal plug and seals the bag at the cell plate. Owing to the mechanical properties of PU, these bags have a max temperature limitation of 90 deg C.

Air passes through the Honeycomb Desiccant. The incoming process air stream gives off its moisture to the desiccant. The process air is dry as it leaves the wheel. The humidity-laden wheel rotates slowly into a second, smallerairstream which has been heated. The smaller airstream is known as reactivation air which warms the desiccant. The warmed desiccant gives off its moisture which is then carried away by the reactivation air. The newly dried desiccant material is rotated back into the process air, where it absorbs moisture once again.

The reactivation air is heated by all electric systems or steam plus electric system. These desiccant systems are extremely efficient.

Bag In/Bag Out

Description:

The Bag In/Bag Out housings are designed to protect facility personnel and the general public from dangerous, toxic, biological or carcinogenic materials by filtering those materials. The filters that you are to change contain the filtered material. The unique design ensures safe, simple and reliable way for removing contaminated particulate filters.

Performance:

Bag-In/Bag-Out filter housings are side loading filter housings. The filter to housing gasket seal is effected by means of a continuous flat mounting surface on the interior of the housing, which mates to a perimeter gasket on the filter. To affect the seal, the locking mechanism forces the filter against the mounting surface. Thus the housing features a safety filter locking mechanism.

Design Standard:

The housing is designed to withstand +/- 6000Pa: Class 3 acc. to ISO 10648-2, L1 acc. to EN1886, Class D acc. to EN12237, Class C acc. to Eurovent 2/2. Max penetration gasket frame at 600Pa:<0.01% byISO14644-3. to ensure overall housing integrity.
